Laura Mature
This sliceable cheese is made from pasteurized sheep's milk from the Lacaune breed of sheep, grown on the Rispens farm in Morra, Friesland. It has been naturally aged for six months. This gives the cheese a fuller, slightly spicier flavor, while still retaining the characteristic softness of sheep's milk.
