Welcome Patrick!

Patrick has been working with us for two months now and has a special job: he's responsible for the ripening of our natural rind cheeses! These cheeses were previously made and ripened in Rhenen, but have since moved to Kerkdriel, and Patrick happily moved with him.

I live right in the middle, so when Peter asked if I wanted to work in Kerkdriel, I immediately said yes. The work is quite different: I used to make the cheeses, now I ensure they mature properly. I actually enjoy that variety; my responsibilities are much broader now.

Patrick takes great care in preparing our natural-rind cheeses. We're thrilled he's joined our team!
