A washed-rind cheese from Moser. The red washed rind gives the cheese its name and imparts a spicy, inviting aroma. Inside, the cheese is smooth and creamy, with full flavors of butter, nuts, and a slightly sweet note. The taste is round and accessible, without losing its character. Delicious on a cheese board, but also very suitable for cooking.
